Rural Stay Miranovic - villa Jelena

The rural household Rural Stay Miranović – Ivonina Kitchen is located in Balabanima, in the Municipality of Zeta. The household combines rural tourism, camping tourism, and the production of homemade food. It has accommodation facilities – two two-bedroom apartments (Villa Jelena and Villa Nina), a camping area with 10 camping pitches, as well as the processing of fruit and the production of jams, juices, syrups, liqueurs, wine and rakija.

The Miranović family has been producing homemade food products for more than eight years, while engaging in rural and camping tourism since the household was registered at the beginning of 2024 (categorized as a rural household with a maximum of 3 stars).

We have around 300 fruit trees of various kinds, as well as approximately 100 grapevines. Of the varieties mentioned, almost half are table/consumption fruit varieties, some of which are used by our family to produce different types of marmalades, jams, liqueurs, juices, wine and rakija.

We possess all the necessary documentation and approval for food production from the Food Safety Administration, as well as the relevant certificates. At our household, we also offer food tastings (local traditional food: priganice, Montenegrin cakes, various types of pies and other dishes), and our aim is to serve food produced on our own farm, which we grow in our gardens and orchards, as well as food from our immediate surroundings.

In the evening, guests can enjoy sitting in our open-air summer house with their loved ones and friends, where tourists can enjoy an evening atmosphere alongside a fireplace while tasting homemade wine, rakija, homemade juices, and other delicacies from our property.
